Q1 DOES MY TWO MOVERS COVER ALL OF MISSISSIPPI?

Q2 DOES MY TWO MOVERS SUPPLY ANY BLANKETS?

For labor only moves, MY TWO MOVERS does not bring nor provide furniture pads. We suggest getting them from your rental truck or storage container provider, or you can also get them from a home improvement store such as Home Depot® or Lowes® also We do recommend 1 Dz per 5ft of space.We do offer a 60" x 72" thick padded paper blanket at a cost of $3.25 each for loading your Truck, Container or Storage unit. You must order at least 3 days in advance of your move. Call to order 601-850-6454.

Q3 DOES MY TWO MOVERS SUPPLY ANY PACKING SUPPLIES?

If we are doing a packing job for YOU, we can bring packing supplies at a cost to you or you can supply the necessary supplies.

Q4 HOW MANY BLANKETS DO I NEED?

It depends on the size of the truck or container you have. we recommend 1 dozen per 5 ft of space.

Q5 DOES MY TWO MOVERS WORK WEEKENDS AND/OR HOLIDAYS?

Yes. We work Monday - Saturday 7AM - 6PM.

Q7 DOES MY TWO MOVERS® SUPPLY ANY PACKING SUPPLIES?

If we are doing a packing job for YOU, we can bring packing supplies at a cost to you or you can supply the necessary supplies.

Q8 DO YOU MOVE PIANOS OR SAFES?

Yes we move both, we move upright/grand pianos and safes up to 800 lbs and only on the first floor or elevator. we do charge an extra fee for pianos or safes.

Q9 DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY MOVES?

Yes, we offer next day moves. for same day moves, you will need to call our office to see if we have availability.

Q10 DO YOU SUPPLY ANY EQUIPMENT OR SUPPLIES?

Yes, we supply dollies, tools and 2 rolls of tape at no extra charge. any extra tape is sold at a cost of $2.25 per roll, stretchwrap (18"x1500) is $21.00 per roll.

Q11 DO YOU PROVIDE MOVING TRUCKS?

We focus on keeping your costs low and our flexibility high. we do not provide trucks or furniture blankets at this time. If all you need is professional moving labor then simply book your preferred number of movers and hours. Q12 ARE YOU LICENSED AND INSURED?

Yes and Yes, our insurance policy is as follows. (1) My Two Movers LLC is providing moving labor services only, My Two Movers is not a transportation company nor do we assume any liability for any damages during transportation. (2) Our Maxium liabilty for packing, loading, or unloading services provided is .75 per pound per article with a maximum of $25.00 per article and a maximum of $300.00 for the entire move. Our maximum liability for damages to residential or commercial property is $25.00 per occurrence. My Two Movers LLC also does not assume any liability for water damages to property, if the refrigerator water line or washing machine is connected or disconnected. (3) if you do not have the recommended fabric moving blankets to protect your furniture, we are not responsible for any damages that occure at any time.

Q13 DO YOU MOVE LOOSE ITEMS?

No, everything needs to be boxed up and ready to go.

Q14 CAN SOMEONE DRIVE MY RENTAL TRUCK?

No, our insurance does not cover it. the best thing to do is, find a friend or family member that can drive it for you.

Q15 DOES MY TWO MOVERS DISASSEMBLE/REASSEMBLE FURNITURE?

MY TWO MOVERS charges hourly. If you'd like to have us disassemble/reassemble furniture, make sure to put this in your order details and account for the extra time needed. Before the job date, make sure to discuss what tools are needed with MY TWO MOVERS®

Q16 HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK?

We recommend booking about 2 weeks in advance. If you wait until 1 or 2 days before your move date, there's a strong chance that we will be booked.

Booking and payment

Q1 WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES MY TWO MOVERS ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastecard, Amex, Discover Card or Cash. No personal or business checks will be accepted for any type of move. Payment minus any deposit if paid, is due at the end of your move.

Q2 WHAT IF I ORDER MORE HOURS THAN I NEED?

You are responsible for the hours that you've ordered, even if we finish in less time. we secure and garuantee those hours for YOU! We do have a labor guide that can help you determine how many movers and hours you need on our booking page.

Q3 DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING UP-FRONT BEFORE MY MOVE?

Yes, we require a $50.00 deposit. your deposit secures your spot on our calendar and is deducted from the total amount due on moving day.

Q4 IF I CANCEL MY MOVE DO I GET MY DEPOSIT BACK?

No. we reserve that spot for you, the customer and have not had time to fill your spot on our schedule.

Q5 WHY AM I CHARGED A TRAVEL FEE?

Our travel fee is used to cover the cost of gas and time in our vehicles to and from your location.

Q6 HOW MUCH SHOULD I TIP MY MOVERS?

Although our movers are trained to never ask or hint for tips from customers, they are allowed to accept tips should customers feel inclined for the hard work they received. In terms of what to tip the movers, we encourage customers to tip whatever they feel is necessary for the job that was completed.
